Hattah Lakes

The weather continued in its miserable state, and instead of tracking down White-browed Treecreepers at Yarrara as planned, I made a quick visit to the Hattah Lakes area. More Little Corellas..the bird of the outback! The highlight was the busiest parent I'd ever seen...an Emu with 13 kids! Damn...thats gotta be hard work. The weather didn't exactly inspire me to stick around, so I made my way south.
